The Washington Activity Coordinators Association invites you to join the Photography Rotation. Since 1970, WACA has partnered with businesses that support student activities. We appreciate your willingness to share your expertise with over 400 delegates from Washington State middle, junior high and senior high schools. The photographs will be given to the teachers, activity coordinators, athletic directors, ASB advisors, and administrators who attend the conference. They are currently the decision makers in schools and the ones leading the student activity programs across Washington State. The opportunity to display your company's photographs from the dance and the conference across the state is a prospect that shouldn't be missed .

Duties:

Set up two cameras on Day 1 (Monday) at separate location from booth 9am
Take delegate pictures upon arrival on Day 1 (Monday) -- 10am to 8pm
Take delegate pictures for late arrivals on Day 2 (Tuesday) at your booth 8am - 10am
Set up for dance pictures in corner of ballroom 2:30-5:00pm
Take delegate pictures at the dance on Thursday -- 9pm to midnight
Mail out pictures to delegates or provide them on the morning of Day 3 (Wednesday) at information desk

Supplies to provide:

Digital Photo ID card badge

Lanyard and plastic holders for each delegate
