Registration Details:

  • Make copies of all completed registration forms for your records.
  • Feel free to duplicate registration forms for other staff members.
  • You are responsible for your own lodging. Please visit the Location Information section of this site for lodging options.

2009 Conference Pricing
$275 per delegate (by Feb. 1)
$320 per delegate (after Feb. 1)
$30 Pre-Conference Optional Session

If one payment will be used for multiple delegates, please submit registration forms at the same time or contact the WACA treasurer directly to ensure accurate processing.

On site registration is also available, however WACA can not guarentee giveaway item sizes or availability.


*Currently, all registrations paid for by credit card must be mailed or faxed in. Please click the "register by mail" button above. We have experienced some errors with the online credit card form. To err on the side of caution and protect your information, we have suspended the online credit card form. You may still use the online form for purchase order registrations.
