ASB Funds: Legal Issues & Practical Guidelines
Laws, Rules, Regulations & Policies
Presented by Marty Fortin, AWSP, Director of Cispus Learning Center
An explanation of laws and regulations that pertain to ASB funds. Included are stategies and helpful hints on how a district or school can handle ASB funds and stay in compliance with all the regulatory agencies that have an interest in these public funds for students' extracurricular use.

Leadership Lessons

The Details:
- Pre-conference sessions will run from 10 - 1 PM Wednesday, March 11, 2009.
- These special offerings are available to registered WACA delegates only.
- Cost: $30.00 (in addition to regular conference fee).
- Workshop participants earn 3 clock hours (in addition to the 10 hours available for the conference).

How to Participate:
Designate on your registration form which "Pre-Conference Session" you would like to attend and include the additional cost in your payment.
